The folk over at Nike's Running department have been issuing “Shield Packs” over the last few years, special capsule collections based around surviving the Autumn/Winter elements... you know, kind of water proof. Last years "Flash Pack" utilised 3M technology for the first time and made running gear that was ultra reflective so you show up in the dark better. A light bulb must have gone off in someones head over at the SB department as the latest “Shield Pack” treatment to drop from Nike belongs to the Nike SB wing. The Flash Pack capsule is made up of the Nike SB Lunar Janoski Mid, the Nike Eric Koston Mid, and the Nike SB P-Rod 8, all with a new tougher exterior as well as a healthy smattering of 3M materials to promote visibility for night sessions. Drops from Adidas or Palace cause enough fuss on their own, but this much teased and highly anticipated collaborative collection is going off. This Saturday morning [27th September] at 9am GMT, we are psyched to offer an athletic and sportswear inspired collection that we know you're all going to be into. “They don’t think the way we think”
said Palace’s Lev Tanju of their partner Adidas, “That’s why they wanted us to do it. We’re not trained designers. Designing is not us sitting down and drawing it. We find shapes that we like, then change things and take from other things. We like weird stuff, we don’t want it to be normal. If people don’t get it, that’s even better, because there’s nothing really to get. It’s just clothes we wanted to make.”
Palace are calling it "teamwear" and it takes inspiration from track, field and plenty of football across Jackets, Jerseys, Over Shirts and Tracksuits.
The whole collection
will be available to buy Saturday morning at 9am GMT.
Converse and it's skateboarding imprint CONS have teamed up with Pontus Alv and his Swedish label Polar Skate Co. on a collaborative capsule collection. We have only a handful across the three editions that are released this Friday 26th September at 9am
, so stick a note in your diary to avoid disappointment. The collection has been hand designed Pontus Alv and features the skate-reinforced Chuck Taylor in two Ox colorways and one Hi. The Polar happy/sad faces look right at home as the detailing, looking super chipper and mega depressed in equal measure. Honestly, they are really limited so don't miss out. Set your alarms.
Welcome Skateboards have delivered their "Autumn Peculiarities" collection and we're glad to load up on the new drop of T-Shirts, Socks and Sweatshirts. If you’re sick of the current choices that have been deemed acceptable by all of the magazines, websites, and message board trolls… if you want and need something different… if you love skateboarding and don’t care about the rules… WELCOME!Shop the new Welcome collection now
Perhaps the greatest thing about the classic Nike SB Stefan Janoski silhouette is that it is such an iconic shape you can do pretty much anything with it. Custom printed canvas, contrasting panels, there have been all sorts of Quickstrike editions and the latest to drop with us is the Leather “Blue Croc”. A premium navy Crocodile embossed leather wraps the entire upper (including the subtle overlaying tonal Swoosh) which sits on an ice white midsole, assisted by the usual inclusion of Zoom Air cushioning.
Release date is September 20th 00:01 Gmt

We're okay about the Fall. Autumn is a great time of year, often slowly turning down the Summer temperatures a few notches without, touch woodland glade, too much wet weather. Opportunity to layer up with Jackets, Shirts, Sweatshirts, T-Shirts, all of which have been supplied in fine style in this monster collection from Canadians Raised By Wolves
. We have waxed Millerain cotton Caps, Buckets and a Boonie, plus a really well stocked drop of knitted Watch Caps (the Geowulf Balaclava pictured below already proving really popular). Running across a couple of T-Shirts, Sweatshirts and Pullovers is an amazing print from UK based artist Arran Gregory, buffalos, beavers, grizzlies, alpine trees and even Davy Crockett wondering about.
