Stussy Miles Polo Sweatshirt

Arriving as part of the Stussy summer ‘19 collection, this bright lemon yellow edition of the Miles Polo Sweatshirt from Stussy is made from lightweight combed cotton and is reminiscent of classic, casual styles from the ‘60s. Running vertically down the front of the body, tonal panelling has been woven within the fabric and stops at the top of the shoulders leaving the reverse a solid lemon yellow colour. A short button placket has been added below the curved collar neckline and is fastened by three buttons. The sleeves sit just above the elbow and have a loose knitted trim, the body also has a ribbed trim which has been cut slightly wider for a loosely fitted finish.

Presenting their approach to the warmer seasons through a collection of sophisticated, vibrant styles, Stussy have looked to a variety of eras for inspiration for summer ‘19 which is apparent through the array of silhouettes, dye treatments and detailed patterns. Outdoor wear has played a key role in the creation of the release, in particular from their Californian heritage which has resulted in the use of climbing style belts and durable fabrics across trousers and shorts.
