Royal Video Days Long Sleeve T-Shirt
In 1991 the Spike Jonze directed Video Days for Blind was released, and changed what skateboarding was and where it was going for ever.
Who might have any more right to release this homage graphic than Royal. The original film scene that this illustration was taken from pictures the young Rudy Johnson and Guy Mariano, the future founders of the Royal Truck Co.
This illustrative version has the original inscription that was pictured on Guy Mariano's t-shirt subtly replaced with 'Royal'.
The garment bears the following text, from the graphic, printed down each arm too:
'I stole my boss's team riders. It was all no war for heavy metal and damn good jazz, with in weeks we'd changed skateboarding and hit the road.'
