Pop Trading Company x Carhartt Classic Vest

Constructed with a 3M Thinsulate insulated front, this black Pop Trading Company x Carhartt Classic Vest is a simple but effective style that carries signature design cues from both brands. The shell is made from water repellent 100% nylon poplin with a smooth, matte surface whilst a full length two-way zip offers a secure fastening that can be un-done for ventilation when needed. For comfort and classic styling, the neckline has a soft rib-knit collar. On either side of the waist two large shaped patch pockets with open entrance points are strengthened by bar tack stitching and a white square woven label has been added onto the left side showing a collaborative logo design in black. On the inner left side of the chest a smaller compartment has been added to keep any valuables out of sight with a velcro fastening. The reverse is plain except for subtle embroidery on the nape of the neck showing the same collaborative logo design, stitched in black thread. The back hem of the body has been dropped for coverage against wind chill.

Legendary workwear label Carhartt have teamed up with Amsterdam’s Pop Trading Company to create a capsule 10-piece range of refined streetwear pieces that incorporate a mix of workmanship, collaborative branding and contemporary style. Arriving for the winter ‘19 program, each design has been created with the season in mind using Thinsulate insulation, coventry corduroy and heavyweight cotton blends, all dyed to solid black colourways for a collective look.
