Seen here in a black colourway, these Polar Surf Shorts have been cut to a high waist with a loose fit from 205gsm cotton, making them ideal for casual leisurewear or for skating. Allowing for a customisable fit, the waistband has an internal drawcord fastening which has been colour matched to suit the rest of the design. Below the waistband, a false fly detail has been added and sits centrally to two side pockets. On the edge of the left leg the brand’s text logo has been embroidered in white which gives the design distinctive branding. On the reverse there is a single pocket on the right side with a velcro closure.
For summer 19 Polar have added upon their signature styles with fabric and colour updates alongside new artwork from Emile Laurent, Jacob Ovgren and Tynan Kerr. Founded by Pontus Alv and based in Malmö, underlying ‘90s influences have lead to the development of oversized, baggy silhouettes and boxy t-shirts whilst considered production ensures durability for styles inspired by skating, culture and art.
