Printed onto high quality Jessup griptape this Surf’s Up edition of Polar’s own griptape features custom artwork and has arrived as part of the summer ‘20 collection. Bringing distinctive character to the tape and positioned just off centre, the design shows a cartoon figure wearing blue trousers carrying a surfboard with stylised ‘Polar’ text in white underneath.
Based in Malmö, Sweden, Polar Skate Co. is an independent skate brand that was founded in 2011 by skateboarder and videographer Pontus Alv. By looking at sources outside of skateboarding, the selection of goods on offer each season have their own character and tap into oversized ‘90s silhouettes, the creative eye of some of the brands favourite artists and have been created with a focus on quality and longevity.
