Patagonia Isthmus Parka

Seen here in a versatile shade of mojave khaki, this Isthmus Parka from Patagonia has a recycled nylon shell that has been treated with a polyurethane coating and a durable water repellent finish, making it suitable for wear across a variety of conditions. For warmth, the body has a high-pile 100% polyester (30% recycled) high-pile fleece lining and an insulating Thermogreen lining runs throughout either sleeve. The front is fastened by a two-way zip with an external storm flap which leads up to the raised collar neckline where the hood can be adjusted to suit with a polyester high-pile fleece lining, and removed when not required using a zip attachment. On either side of the chest there are two flap pockets, and at the waist larger compartments offer plenty of space to store essentials in addition to side entrance hand warmer compartments. The fit of the waist can be adjusted to suit using an internal adjuster cord, and both sleeves have narrow elasticated trims which sit securely against the wrists.

Designed for purpose the Isthmus Parka is a versatile cold weather style with a removable hood and a soft polyester high-pile fleece inner for comfort. Reworked as part of the latest autumn/winter ‘19 collection, which includes an array of colour tones and prints highlight the ‘Our Land’ campaign, Patagonia continue to provide a selection of hard wearing clothing and accessories designed to be put to use in the great outdoors. The shell and lining fabrics used for this design are bluesign approved meaning that chemicals have been used in the production process that could cause harm to workers or the environment.
