Arriving in this pigeon blue colourway for spring, this edition of the Patagonia Fitz Roy Scope Responsibili-Tee Long Sleeve T-Shirt uses a new manufacturing system that creates 45% less CO2 and 96% less water than a conventional t-shirt. Made from a blend of recycled cotton and postconsumer recycled polyester, the body has been cut to a regular fit and the curved neckline has a narrow ribbed trim for comfort whilst the shoulder seams have been taped for fit retention. On the left side of the chest ‘Patagonia’ text has been printed in black below an illustration of a mountain range whilst on the reverse a circular logo emblem has been created by artist Neil Hubert and shows a multicoloured sky set behind a mountain with ‘Patagonia’ below and the brands founding year ‘1973’ underneath. Ribbed cuffs wrap around the edge of the long sleeves and the body has a straight cut hem.
Spring 2020 welcomes a new selection of t-shirts from Patagonia that proudly carry the lowest carbon footprint to date. Demonstrating the brands ongoing efforts to be as environmentally conscious as possible, each season welcomes new innovations and fabrics that are not only sustainable but also look and feel great. For each Fitz Roy Scope Responsibili-Tee Long Sleeve T-Shirt made, 0.26 pounds of scrap fabric and 4.8 discarded bottles are put to use.
