Seen here in a light beryl green colourway, this Fitz Roy Horizons Responsibili-Tee T-Shirt from Patagonia is made from a blend of recycled cotton and postconsumer recycled polyester. Designed for casual everyday wear, the curved neckline has a narrow ribbed trim whilst the shoulder seams have been taped for comfort and fit retention. Adding character to the otherwise simple design and applied using PVC and phthalate-free inks, on the left side of the chest ‘Patagonia’ has been printed in white and in large across the shoulders a reworked version of the famous Patagonia logo design has been created by artist Neil Hubert and has a black outline with large ‘Patagonia’ lettering below. The body and sleeves have straight cut hems.
Using 0.26 pounds of fabric scrap and 4.8 discarded bottles per style, this new Fitz Roy Horizons Responsibili-Tee T-Shirt has the lowest carbon footwear of any other Patagonia tee and demonstrates the brands ongoing efforts towards reducing their environmental impact as much as possible. The fabric is bluesign approved meaning no chemicals that are harmful to the earth, workers or end wearers have been used and Fair Trade Certification has been awarded to the designs construction so workers have been paid a premium.
