Made from 100% nylon, the Patagonia Baggies Pants are perfect for every activity be it on the track or off. The DWR (durable water repellent) finish gives these trousers waterproof capabilities as well as ensuring quick drying making these perfect for travel or easy use. Additionally the 50+ UPF finish make sure you’re both protected and comfortable in the summer. These baggies feature a slim straight fit, with a regular rise on the waist and an additional loose fit in the seat and thighs giving a wide range of motion and thereby comfort. Finally the straight cut from the knee to the ankle leads to a tapered but elasticated cuff maintaining fit retention, with a customisable fit around the waist due to the addition of a drawstring. Both sides are flanked by vertical pockets which feature easy drain mesh lining, with a single button fastened pocket on the back. These trousers are dyed in a light purple perfect for the lighter coloured months, with the back is finished with the classic Patagonia icon woven above the pocket.
Portraying Patagonia’s environmental conscience, the Nylon used is 92% recycled created by an environmentally friendly process which was developed by Patagonia’s inhouse chemists following extensive research. However similarly close to the brand mission is social wellbeing, which is endorsed by the use of Patagonia’s partner since 2007 bluesign technologies which ensures that fabrics and dyes are safe for workers and end customers without impacting on quality.
