New Balance Numeric 255 Shoes

With aesthetics inspired by heritage New Balance design, the Numeric 255 shoes have maintained a classic skate silhouette that looks as good as it performs. The toe box uses a suede construction with added internal protection for improved longevity, decorated in a burgundy red to complement the rest of the body. Lateral panels utilise a canvas construction for improved support, equally featuring an elevated N logo for an added layer to the profile. Additional branded detailing includes a “NB#” cutout on the tongue, and embossed branding on the heel over a suede panel in royal blue.

The New Balance Numeric line has consistently delivered on technical detailing, in this case a closed cell polyurethane (PU) insert has been added to the sockliner to provide superior impact protection alongside a consistent fit. Furthermore, the Genuine Gum rubber or ‘N-durance rubber’ outsole provides superb grip and durability without removing boardfeel thanks to minimal forefoot rubber.

In 2013 New Balance began their skate focused Numeric range, which combined a rich history in producing athletic footwear with performance skate shoes to create a perfect blend.
