Featuring unique artwork from California based visual artist Thomas Campbell, the Independent 149 Hollow Stage 11 Truck has been released in collaboration with skate legend Ray Barbee. The aqua green colourway sets a solid background for the crisp orange artwork and polished silver baseplate. A pro model, made from a 356 lightweight aluminum hanger and baseplate, this truck features a hollow Chromoly axle and kingpin. The axle width is 149mm, we’d recommend a 8.25” - 8.65” deck size.
Made in celebration of skateboarding icon, Ray Barbee, Independent have released a new pro model truck. Known for his fluid skating technique, Ray Barbee starred in Stacy Peralta’s 1989 documentary ‘Ban This’, and has remained on the scene since. He became a member of the Vans family that same year and has made his mark thanks to his unique style. Independent are legends in the industry, they’ve gained a strong reputation since launching in 1978 thanks to their extensive range of hardware and ever growing team of skaters.
