The silhouette Gramicci is most famous for, the Organic G Pant is a versatile and practical style that was first developed for rock climbing during the late 1980’s. Seen here in an asphalt grey colourway, organic cotton has been used to provide a hardwearing, comfortable finish which is sure to gain character throughout time and wear. The waistband is elasticated and has an integrated belt system with a simple clip buckle fastening that means the fit can be easily adjusted using one hand whilst in action. The brands character emblem has been added to the edge of the belt, which can be tucked out of the way through a single belt loop on the left side of the waistband. Below this the crotch is gusseted to ensure movement isn’t restricted and extra bartrack stitching has been added at key stress points to strengthen the overall design. Offering ample space to carry essential items, on either side of the front two deep-reach pockets have been added and on the reverse two welt compartments are also available with a slim woven label attached onto the right side. The legs have straight cut hems which means the fabric can be styled and rolled to suit.
Continuing to focus on the production of versatile apparel that caters to anyone seeking clothing for climbing or casual everyday wear, Gramicci was founded in the late 1980’s by Mike Graham - a member of the famous ‘Stonemasters’ crew - and a team of rock climber friends who sought to create innovative clothing that suited their active, free-wheelin’ lifestyles. Key features such as a gusseted crotch, flex fit waistband and an easy cinch and release belt buckle remain at the core of each contemporary design, whilst hard wearing nylon ripstop blends and organic cotton are the fabrics of choice.
