Drawing from SS19’s dancehall inspiration in a more obvious way, the Brixton Sonic Premium T-Shirt is decorated with instinctively Jamaican colours in the centre cut through by a ‘BRXTN’ spellout. The brand’s signature premium fit provides a slightly slimmer silhouette, secured through a fine ribbing that runs across the curved neckline. However, making sure to not restrict movement the tee uses a straight cut hem at the waist to give room and additional ventilation.
Brixton’s appreciation for music shines through in SS19, being inspired by the Dancehall scene in Kingston thanks to the unique style that populates it which often incorporates bright colours. Traditionally Brixton is inspired by the laid-back surroundings of California, drawing from the skate and surf community as well as influential artwork or music. This simple style has always been at the heart of the brand’s 15 year operation, favouring more premium design aspects.
