Adidas Busenitz Vulc II Shoes in Core Black, Grey Six and Gum. Designed in collaboration with professional skateboarder and adidas team rider Dennis Busenitz, this newest edition of the adidas Busenitz features a textural suede toe box with Adituff detailing for improved durability and contrasting leather uppers and synthetic overalls. The grey six tone lace up fastening helps to keep the fit securely in place when active and the tongue has been padded for further comfort with metallic ‘adidas skateboarding’ branding below the top edge. On either side of the foot stripe decoration adds a signature touch with perforation in between to increase ventilation and golden ‘Busenitz’ lettering above on the right side panel to indicate the collaboration. A rubber heel clip wraps around the back of the foot for support and above a shaped insert protects a key abrasion area. A soft fabric lining runs throughout the inside of the shoe alongside a moulded Adiprene sockliner which provides outstanding support during all day skate sessions. The gum rubber outsole features higher foxing tape for extended overall life and a Geoflex tread pattern underfoot elevates the level of traction to suit wear across different terrains.
Having been in partnership with adidas for over ten years, Dennis Busenitz is known for his speed and unique style that continues to inspire the industry and was presented in full during a feature length documentary Up to Speed in 2016. Born in Munich, Germany and raised in Kansas, USA Busenitz now resides in San Francisco, California a move that helped to launch him into the spotlight and into a professional career. Through each collaborative footwear style, Busenitz puts his own personality into each model which is equipped with responsive performance features.
