Carpet Co.

Based in Maryland U.S.A, Carpet Co. is the combined efforts of Ayman and Osama Abdeldayem. The brothers have transformed their family home into their HQ (warehouse and studio) and set themselves apart from other small scale apparel brands by designing and printing everything by hand. The company stemmed from the duo not having a satisfying outlet for their ideas, disappointing quality and finishes from manufacturers led the pair to take matters into their own hands, literally. They taught themselves how to screen print and now produce all of the high quality printed tees, sweats and decks on offer. With noted influences from the likes of Yardsale and Polar, Carpet Co’s confident colourways and rich variety of graphics keep their offerings unpredictable and unique.

Icons such as the Corny face and a vivid yellow colour are becoming distinctive icons across the brand and the new season features guest artwork by Matt Carignan - check out the Carpet Co. Hydrant T-Shirt in a killer royal blue. The DIY aspect brings in a level of respect to the brothers, this alongside high attention to detail and a desire to produce the best quality they can, has meant Carpet Co. has quickly established itself within the skateboarding community. Expansion is on the horizon but it sounds like the guys are staying true to their hands on approach, with board designs taking up 2-3 hours each it’s a definite labour of love.
