We're really high on this collaboration between Vans Syndicate and the legend Eric Dressen. He's a skater who has witnessed the rise and fall of skateboarding first hand three times over, and in his own words has has come out a better man for it. These days, he still skates for Santa Cruz and has expanded his artistic output to include tattooing full-time at California Gold Tattoo Shop in Silverlake, Los Angeles.
Available in two colourways, Vans Syndicate present this pack of DWR water resistant canvas upper Sk8 Hi and Old Skool shoes. The insoles feature Vans ultracush comfort and other nice trimming includes embro arrow graphic, mili spec print on the tongues and blacked out Syndicate heel badges with matching ribbed foxing stripe.
When talking about the collaboration, Vans said "Finding a pro in the history of skateboarding who made a successful transition from the ‘70s skinny boards through the vert era of the ‘80s to eventually become a pioneer of modern day street skating is no easy task."
They found their guy.
